Brooke // Summer Senior Session at Green Lane Park in Green Lane, PA
Fun little tid-bit, I babysat Brooke and her brother when she was in 5th grade. I can't believe how quickly time flies because she's now a junior in high school, WHAT?! NO!
So the little, adorable girl that I once knew was standing in front of me, still the same, sweet spirit but just a little older. As I was photographing her, she matured right before me. I used to always see her as a 10 year old, but suddenly, she became a grown young lady as I viewed her contagious smile through my camera's viewfinder.
Brooke and I chatted about life, dreams, and the future as we walked through the park on a hot, muggy, disgusting day. Bet you didn't know that! You would have no idea about how nasty the weather was because Brooke was an absolute champ! Through the gnats and the heat, she laughed and laughed; she had me laughing through half of the session! It would be an understatement to say that we had fun together.
As you'll see in these photos though, Brooke is a natural model! The atmosphere that she carries is such genuine joy and purity, it just exudes her whole being.
And I didn't even have to coach her through anything, she just naturally knew what to do. Passerbyers were probably weirded out by how enthusiastic I was when Brooke would flip her hair or angle herself a certain way. Brooke not only made my job easy, but she made my job so enjoyable. Editing her photos, I just kept thinking, "Wow, this girl is SO beautiful! And it's NATURAL!!"
I'm not even kidding, I thought that practically every other photo I would click on. My editing process was fun, to say the least. :)
Brooke, you're amazing and I wish you nothing but the best, sweet girl!!
